Like everyone in our society, we at SKYLOTEC are also affected by the Corona pandemic. For weeks we have been acting preventively out of responsibility towards customers, employees and their families. We do everything we can to prevent the spread of the virus through our actions and preventive measures that are adjusted on a daily basis.
FOR OUR CUSTOMERS THE GOAL IS TO ENSURE OUR PERFORMANCE
Our operational processes continue to work. SKYLOTEC provides the Services offered as usual and is available for our customers. Our locations in Neuwied (Germany), Beijing (China), Denver (USA), Löddeköpinge (Sweden), Jamisontown (Australia) remain open, while the majority of our workforce is - adjusted to the situation - in the home office. Your contact persons in the different areas can be reached by email or phone at the usual times. Orders are taken and delivered in time.
WE ARE HERE FOR YOU
SKYLOTEC has 5 locations with networking teams which are used to working closely together. Should employees at one location become unable to work, colleagues from another other office can help and take over the work load.
Training modules are currently being re-worked for distance learning where possible. We will offer you online trainings as soon as possible. So SKYLOTEC will offer your employees the ability to complete the necessary trainings and to maintain certificates in their home office.
Of course, SKYLOTEC adheres to the requirements of the local health authorities and the WHO and these are consistently implemented. Travel is currently kept to an absolute minimum, trips abroad are suspended until further notice. Local public transport should be avoided.
The management team observes the situation carefully and reacts appropriately in the interests of our employees, our customers and the society.
