1. Competition and organiser
The organiser of the competition is SKYLOTEC GmbH, Im Mühlengrund 6-8, 56566 Neuwied
Participation is exclusively subject to the following conditions of participation.
a) Any natural person aged 18 is eligible to participate. However, employees of the organiser are excluded from participation.
b) Participation in the competition is only possible during the implementation of the survey.
c) Participation is free of charge and does not require the purchase of any goods or services. d) Participation in the competition is subject to the complete completion of all survey questions. Only such participation can be considered within the competition. Incorrect information or incomplete participation cannot be taken into account. The organiser cannot be held responsible for late or incomplete entries.
e) By participating in the competition, the person consenting agrees to these conditions of participation.
3. Implementation and management
a) 3 SIRIUS Descender with a value of 169 € each will be raffled among all valid participants.
b) The campaign starts with the respective publication date and ends with the completion of the survey.
c) The winners will be drawn on the working day following the end of the competition and notified by e-mail; they must confirm receipt of the notification of the prize and the claim to the prize within two weeks of notification of the prize, using the contact method specified in this notification. If this confirmation is not received, the prize shall be awarded to another participant in the competition.
d) Claim to the prize shall also lapse if transmission of the prize cannot take place within four weeks of the first notification of the prize, for reasons for which the winner is responsible. Transmission takes place only within Germany. If, after the winner has been drawn, it turns out that the winner does not have the necessary postal address within Germany as stated in the conditions of participation, the prize will be awarded to another participant in the competition. e) Claim to the prize cannot be assigned and is not transferable; furthermore, the prize is neither payable, nor amendable or modifiable. Should the prize not be available, for whatever reason, the organiser reserves the right to award an equivalent replacement prize.
4. Exclusion from participation
a) In the event of a violation of these conditions of participation, the organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition.
b) Furthermore, the organiser reserves the right to exclude participants who make use of unauthorised aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation, such as through collective or multiple participation. This is the case if, for example, automatic scripts, hacker tools, Trojans or viruses are used, or if a participant gains an advantage through other unauthorised means. Furthermore, untrue personal data and the use of "fake profiles" can lead to exclusion. In such cases, prizes may also be subsequently denied and/or reclaimed.
5. Premature termination or discontinuation of the competition
The organiser is entitled to terminate, suspend or alter the competition prematurely if unforeseen circumstances occur outside the organiser's range of influence, which make the original implementation difficult or unsuitable for the organiser. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorised intervention by third parties, technical problems with hardware and software outside the organizer's sphere of control, as well as infringements of rights directly connected with the implementation of the competition, in particular manipulative intervention in the course of the competition.
6. Data protection
The organiser collects and uses the personal data of the participants exclusively to the extent permitted by law. For details of the type and scope of data processing, please refer to our detailed Privacy Statement.
The responsible body or person, in the sense of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) or the GDPR (DSGVO), is the organiser of the competition:

When you enter one of the organiser's competitions, the following personal information is collected by the organiser:
• First name and surname
• Your e-mail address
This data is used by the organiser exclusively to determine the winner, check compliance with the conditions of participation and send the prize. Accordingly, data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR (DSGVO).
The organiser will delete the winner's data if it is no longer required for the implementation of these purposes. This is usually the case when the prize has been sent and the organiser has ensured that the winner has received it undamaged.
Of course, every participant has the right at any time to request information about the data stored by the organiser regarding them, in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR (DSGVO). The same applies to the deletion of the corresponding data by the organiser, in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR (DSGVO), as well as the correction, in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR (DSGVO), and blocking of the data, in accordance with § 18 GDPR (DSGVO).
In addition, you can object to data processing, which the organiser bases on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e or f GDPR (DSGVO), under the conditions of Art. 21 GDPR (DSGVO). Of course, you also have the right to complain to the responsible supervisory authority about the processing of your data.

7. Liability of the organiser
The following liability exclusions and limitations shall apply to the liability of the organiser for damages, notwithstanding other statutory conditions for claims:
a) The organiser shall be liable without limitation if the cause of the damage is based on intent or gross negligence.
b) Furthermore, the organiser shall be liable for breaches of material obligations caused by slight negligence, the breach of which endangers the achievement of the purpose of the contract, or for breaches of obligations the fulfilment of which is essential for the proper implementation of the competition and the compliance with which the contracting parties regularly rely. In such a case, however, the scope of liability for the organiser is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract.
c) The organiser shall not be liable for the slightly negligent breach of obligations other than those set out above.
d) The limitations of liability set out above shall not apply to injuries to life, limb and health, to a defect following the assumption of quality guarantees for the quality of a product and to fraudulently concealed defects. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected. e) The organiser's exclusion or limitation of liability shall also apply to the personal liability of representatives and vicarious agents of the organiser or its employees.
8. Final provisions
a) The organiser's decision is final.
b) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to the exclusion of international private law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). c) Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
