Safety is SKYLOTEC’s top priority – even after the purchase. On this page, you will find all product recalls from recent years as well as detailed information on returns and inspection procedures. 

This is how we ensure that our products always meet the highest safety standards and provide you with reliable protection.

For returns or complaints, please contact our customer service first and use the returns form (see below). We cannot accept items without the attached complaint form.

RETURNS

If you have a return, we will take care of it quickly, transparently and with no fuss – so you can count on a reliable solution and a smooth process.

Complaints

Is your product defective or not of the quality described? We will take care of it quickly and easily. Contact our customer service team and have your order number, a short description of the problem and, if applicable, photos ready. You will receive prompt feedback on the next steps, including collection if necessary. After testing, we will send you a credit note or a replacement product.

SAFETY NOTE

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn harnesses, helmets or other PPE. Are you unsure about the fit or quality? 

Please contact us before use – together we will find the right solution. If you have any questions, our customer service team will be happy to help you at any time.

Returns

Order changed or no longer need the item? You can easily return unused, unopened products in their original packaging.

Used or custom-made products are excluded from exchange for safety and hygiene reasons.
