The regular service life of a SEAL PAC can be significantly extended with a single resealing – by 10 or even 15 years, depending on the year of manufacture. Thanks to continuous material testing, years of product experience, and targeted optimizations, SKYLOTEC has succeeded in aligning the lifespan of sealed rescue systems with that of wind turbines for the first time. PERMANENT MATERIAL TESTING

Years of storage and laboratory tests enabled the selection of particularly durable materials and led to a proven extension of the SEAL PAC lifespan. Performance and aging tests confirm the long-term functionality of the returned devices. In the ENDURANCE PAC, the rescue system remains fully protected from weather influences and is ready for use over the long term.

The complete in-house manufacturing of the MILAN in Germany ensures the highest quality, maximum safety, and full traceability. Development, component production, assembly, and testing are all carried out under one roof and subject to the strictest internal testing standards. IN-HOUSE BRAKE MANUFACTURING

For the MILAN series, SKYLOTEC develops brakes entirely in-house – including component production and testing laboratory. The newly developed brake pad ensures less wear and higher load capacity thanks to high heat dissipation. Stainless steel components and innovative materials further enhance performance and corrosion resistance.

SERVICE AND TRAINING

SKYLOTEC offers targeted services and training for the ENDURANCE PAC – from individual advice to practical training at the Vertical Rescue College. The training is based on real-life conditions and is certified according to GWO, IRATA and FISAT. It covers safe handling, visual inspection and storage for long-term reliable use.
