Multifunctional ascender with pulley for rope access and rescue. Robust, functional and intuitive, it can be used in four different ways: as an ascender, pulley, rope clamp / pulley or retrieval pulley.
Main features:
- Its versatility, compactness and ease of use reduce the time, material and space required during maneuvers to a minimum;enables ascent on a rope in accordance with the EN 567 / EN 12841-B standards (ascent mode);
- can be used as a simple rope pulley for lifting or moving a load in accordance with EN 12278 (rope pulley mode);
- the integrated ball-bearing rope pulley can be used directly to facilitate ascent on a rope or to lift a person without the aid of additional connecting elements (rope clamp / rope pulley mode);
- enables the direct recovery of a load, the creation of pulley blocks and the lifting or self-lifting of a person (recovery mode);in pulley mode, the rope can slide freely in both directions, while in recovery mode it can slide freely in one direction and locks in the other;in retrieval mode, the retrieved load can be lowered by operating the special lanyard connected to the device base;the ergonomic opening by means of the intuitive button allows quick installation on the rope in the desired mode, even with gloves or in adverse conditions;
- equipped with a toothed steel cam that protects the rope from wear, but also locks it effectively. The cam also has two grooves to reduce the accumulation of mud and maintain effective locking of the rope in all conditions (muddy rope, frozen, etc.).
