Strategic expansion of the SKYLOTEC portfolio

With the integration of LIBERVIT, we are strengthening our role as a global specialist provider of tactical access solutions.

The addition of hydraulic breaching technology expands our existing portfolio and underscores our brand promise: We get you there.

Our mission remains unchanged: to reliably get people and teams to their destination – regardless of the challenge.

The integration will be implemented under the name “SKYLOTEC Special Operations Equipment (SOE)”. Logistics, supply chains, and service processes will be gradually coordinated and further expanded via SKYLOTEC SOE in order to increase efficiency and global availability.

Expansion of location and products

The Perpignan location will remain fully operational and will be expanded in a targeted manner. LIBERVIT's production, service, and research & development departments will be expanded.

Sales, training, and customer service will be gradually integrated into the SKYLOTEC SOE structure. With hydraulic and mechanical breaching technology, battery-powered rope winches for military and police applications, and climbing and boarding equipment for maritime, alpine, and urban environments, we offer a portfolio that is unique worldwide.

This offering is complemented by specialized training programs for the military, police, fire departments, and rescue services. The integration of LIBERVIT is a crucial building block in further expanding our position as a leading provider of tactical access solutions.

“In view of market expansion and the increasing complexity of our business, we have been looking for some time for a partner who will further develop our company while treating our customers and partners with the respect they deserve after so many years of cooperation. SKYLOTEC is the perfect match – it is a family-run company that shares the same values and mission as LIBERVIT.”
