THE REVOLUTION.
ENDURANCE PAC.
ENDURANCE PAC.
The ENDURANCE PAC revolutionizes the storage of rescue equipment.
It simplifies the annually required inspection by allowing a visual check of the moisture indicator visible from the outside, which reliably indicates whether the box is sealed and the contents are therefore in their original, undamaged condition.
This test can be carried out by any person and does not have to be carried out by a trained expert. In addition to being resistant to UV radiation, water, solvents, corrosion, fungal and impact damage (IP 66), the ENDURANCE PAC is completely airtight throughout its service life and can withstand temperature and weather fluctuations, thus guaranteeing a service life of 30 years.
This simplified annual revision procedure coupled with the long service life saves time, logistics and training costs.
The ENDURANCE PAC offers the lowest total cost of ownership for the life of a wind turbine of 30 years!

TECHNOLOGY
It all started in 1947 with the right equipment for miners. Today, SKYLOTEC is the leading supplier of safety equipment in the wind energy industry.
After the successful sales start of rescue equipment in the nineties, SKYLOTEC switched from sales to own production at the start of the new millennium.
The MILAN rescue system was developed and manufactured in house and has been permanently developed since then . We created a technology to meet the highest demands for weatherproof storage on wind turbines . Thanks to the airtight sealing of the rescue equipment, it‘s protected from ageing and guarantees full functionality in case of emergency even after
decades of storage.
The SEAL PAC simplifies the mandatory annual inspection of rescue equipment saving the time and unecessary logistics costs required for inspections.
Thanks to the knowledge gained from regular material tests conducted after many years ‘ storage of the product , SKYLOTEC has succeeded in applying several optimizations to adapt the service life of sealed rescue equipment to a wind turbine . The innovative product successor to the SEAL PAC is called ENDURANCE PAC.
The ENDURANCE PAC will last the whole 30 year lifetime of a wind turbine without the need for exchanging components or a trained specialist to come and inspect the rescue equipment it contains.
This new container simplifies the annual inspection procedure by allowing a quick visual inspection of the moisture indicator , which is visible from the outside. This can be done by a reliable technician from the company without the need for a specially trained expert in rescue equipment The indicator reliably shows that the container is tightly shut and that the contents are thus in their original, intact condition. In addition to being resistant to UV radiation, water , solvents, corrosion fungal and impact damage the
ENDURANCE PAC is completely airtight throughout its service life and can withstand temperature and weather fluctuations.
It prevents external influences impacting the ageing process of the rescue device inside the box to such an extent that safe functioning
can be guaranteed over the service life of 30 years. The information labels on the container are highly visible and self illuminating for easy use in an emergency.
