The MULTIPIN, MPA-TYP-12 has general building authority approval (abZ) from the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt) and can therefore be installed as a single anchor point or system support for rope and rail systems for securing persons against falling. The supplied fasteners are part of the system and are installed in the trapezoidal steel sheet according to the installation instructions. The special features are the handy packing size and the smart base plate, which can easily be adapted to the distances of the upper chords of the trapezoidal sheet. In case of a fall, a controlled plastic deformation takes place, so that the dynamic forces of the fall are optimally damped. Anchoring of loads, use for material transport or as a safety device in rope access technology, are not the subject of the tests and are outside the scope of application. All anchor points from the MULTIPIN series have an anchor eye that can be rotated through 360 degrees and a fall indicator.
