Fall protection plays a key role in protecting people on large roof areas such as the De Baenje building complex in Sittard, Netherlands – especially when there is regular access to technical facilities and maintenance areas.

The SECU® RAIL 2.0 rope system was chosen for this project and installed over a length of 350 metres. It provides a rigid anchor line with high stability and allows safe, comfortable use along the entire maintenance route – even when several people are secured at the same time. Together with our partner Protect PBM, the solution was precisely tailored to the architectural requirements and permanently integrated into the roof structure to ensure maximum safety, freedom of movement and standard-compliant accessibility.

SECU® RAIL 2.0 is a rigid rail system for fall protection with high stability and flexible installation options on roofs, walls or ceilings. It enables the safe anchor line of several persons even on curves or inclines and offers permanent protection with maximum freedom of movement.
