Sika Austria GmbH has taken a significant step towards safety and efficiency by installing the SEKURANT VARIO LINE from SKYLOTEC on several roofs. This innovative safety solution makes it possible to carry out roofing and maintenance work safely and in a time-efficient manner.


The flexible design of the system not only ensures the highest safety standards, but also unrestricted freedom of movement for workers.

Installing this system not only ensures the safety of employees, but also contributes to efficiency and productivity when working on roofs. Thanks to the insulated SEKURANT VARIO and SEKURANT X20 / X50 supports, thermal bridges are also reduced to a minimum.

The SEKURANT VARIO LINE system has a general construction technique approval (abZ) Z-14.9-811 from the German Institute for Construction Technology and is tested and certified according to EN 795:2012 Type C and CEN/TS 16415:2013.

Sekurant Vario Line

SEKURANT® VARIO LINE is a flexible, horizontal lifeline system for attaching personal protective equipment to prevent falls. In the event of a fall, defined deformation results in minimal force transmission into the system and the user. It is mainly used on large flat roofs, in production plants, on sewage treatment plants and silos or in logistics.
