Working at Heights "Refresher"

Course description

Working at Heights is one of the 4 onshore or the 5 offshore modules of Global Wind Organisation (GWO). In the W@H, the safe use of PPE against falls from a height and the rescue of injured persons at heights are trained. Evacuation is also trained in practice.


Course Information

Target group

All persons working on wind turbines (onshore / offshore).

Participation requirements

  • Valid Basic safety training certificates for the corresponding modules
  • Minimum age for participation is 18 years
  • Medical self-disclosure

The correct use of personal protective equipment against falls from a height (PPE) is vital. Therefore, SKYLOTEC's Vertical Rescue College (VRC) offers various trainings for the instruction of PPEgA and addresses your individual needs.

Our trainers bring many years of experience in a wide variety of operational areas and have conducted numerous training courses. They are members of rescue organizations and regularly participate in further training. This guarantees the high quality of our trainings. In addition, the trainers of the Vertical Rescue College are often invited as speakers at various German professional associations to share their knowledge.

All trainings at our VRC are subject to strict hygiene measures so that we can guarantee the highest level of safety for all participants and trainers.
