The annual inspection of your PPE is not only a legal requirement, but also serves to protect the life and health of your employees. Our experts carefully check whether your PPE is in perfect condition and meets the safety standards prescribed by the employers' liability insurance association. We also check that your power ascenders are functioning smoothly once a year.


After the recommended lifespan of ‘Seal Pacs’ has expired, the lifespan can be extended by 10 or 15 years through so-called ‘re-sealing’. 
To do this, the equipment is inspected, partially replaced, and resealed by SKYLOTEC or one of the globally certified service partners.

The resealing is documented in the SKYLOTEC HOMEBASE, the online database for the complete recording of the fall protection used in a company.

TRAININGS

The correct use of personal protective equipment against falls from heights (PPE) is vital. SKYLOTEC therefore offers various training courses on the correct use of PPE. These take place either at one of our training centres (Vertical Rescue College) or on-site at the customer's premises. There is also the option of completing theory modules online.

SKYLOTEC is certified by the Global Wind Organisation as well as
IRATA and FISAT associations to provide training according to national and international standards.
