Product information "SEKURANT® POINT TYP 8"
The SEKURANT® POINT 8, made of stainless steel and designed specifically for wooden beams (min. C24, dmin= 120 mm, bmin= 140 mm), has been tested and certified in accordance with EN 795: 2012, Type A, and CEN/TS 16145: 2013, Type A, and has a general building authority approval (abZ) from the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt). It serves as a single anchor point for personal fall protection equipment (PSAgA) as well as a substructure (intermediate support) for rope systems. The support is delivered ready for installation with a special screw, a stiffening plate, and wood screws, making installation extremely quick. This lightweight, easy-to-handle single anchor point is available in heights ranging from 300 to 600 mm and is therefore suitable for insulation thicknesses of 100 to 400 mm.
