The use of a high-performance fall protection system plays a key role in protecting employees and carrying out maintenance work on the extensive aluminium standing seam roof of the Rödertalhalle in Großenhain.

To meet these requirements, the SECU® FALZ 1.0 rope system was installed in combination with 42 specially adapted Zambelli metal roof clamps and three anchor points on the Zambelli RipRoof roof system. The solution is spread across three separate systems with a total rope length of 244 metres and ensures standard-compliant safety without penetrating the roof. Thanks to its optimal coordination with the RipRoof architecture, the system allows safe and unrestricted movement along the maintenance routes – with permanent protection against the risk of falling.

SECU® FALZ 1.0 TYP ZAMBELLI

The SECU® FALZ 1.0 TYPE ZAMBELLI is a specially developed rope system for fall protection on standing seam roofs with Zambelli profiles. The anchor point is made of high-quality aluminium and is attached directly to the profiled sheet with form-fitting clamps – without penetrating the roof covering. The robust design with durable stainless steel components ensures safe horizontal anchor lines and allows users to work flexibly and safely along the maintenance routes. Ideal for permanent use during inspection and maintenance work.
