Pre-assembled and ready for installation for easy assembly on the construction site
The new, screwable SEKURANT® X20 or X50 is delivered pre-assembled and ready to install for easy, extremely time-saving installation with the necessary components, either for installation on a steel concrete roof, wooden surface, on trapezoidal steel profiles or a sandwich panel, so the only difference is the type of substructure and the mounting. As a prerequisite for proper maintenance & installation, SKYLOTEC regularly offers a 2-day training course with certificate on all aspects of anchor points.
The SEKURANT® X20/X50, made of stainless steel, is used as a single anchor point for PPE and as an anchor point for the substructure of horizontal rope systems. Both versions of SEKURANT® X20/X50 are available in heights of up to 1000 mm and are thus suitable for insulation thicknesses of up to 800 mm. Innovative insulating elements in the SEKURANT® X50 minimize thermal bridges, thus preventing the formation of condensation and condensation water and significantly increasing energy efficiency.
The multifunctional and energy-efficient single anchor point is certified according to EN795 and is approved for 3 persons.

The acquisition of Secupohl by SKYLOTEC
SEKURANT®, which has become a protected trademark throughout Europe since 1990, has been included in the portfolio of the Düren-based company Pohl DWS over the last few years. With effect from September 1, 2022, the company SKYLOTEC from Neuwied has not only taken over the entire "Secupohl" division of Pohl DWS in a coup, but at the same time all rights to the product Sekurant® - and immediately developed the product in-house.
With this acquisition, SKYLOTEC demonstrates entrepreneurial vision and underlines and further expands its already strong position as market leader for a wide range of protective equipment. With the takeover of Secupohl and the brand name SEKURANT®, SKYLOTEC will in future be able to offer a complete range that, in addition to vertical and horizontal rope and rail systems as well as guardrails, with all types of individual anchor points, also places a strong focus on fall protection for roofs. Thus, the company can celebrate a double anniversary: 75 years of SKYLOTEC, 50 years of SEKURANT®.
Fast delivery thanks to in-house production
After the acquisition of SECUPOHL, the components of the SEKURANT® product group are now no longer manufactured in faraway foreign countries, rather in Germany or at one of the SKYLOTEC locations in Europe. The company is thus integrating production in-house and further expanding its know-how and speed of delivery.
