Acquisition of
Sweden Entry Tools 
expands tactical access range

SKYLOTEC is expanding its portfolio in the field of tactical access solutions by acquiring Sweden Entry Tools AB (known as SET Breaching), the world's leading provider of mechanical breaching solutions and training equipment. The acquisition is being carried out by SKYLOTEC Nordic AB, the Swedish subsidiary of SKYLOTEC.

SKYLOTEC is a leading manufacturer of fall protection, height rescue equipment and rope access products for civilian, military and law enforcement use. The SET Breaching System fills the last gap, particularly in situations where forced entry may be required, and completes the SKYLOTEC product portfolio specializing in tactical access. Combined with accredited training courses conducted by experienced trainers with an operational background, this acquisition marks a significant milestone for SKYLOTEC and cements the company's position as a premium full-service provider of tactical access solutions.

As part of this acquisition, SET Breaching will be fully integrated into SKYLOTEC Nordic AB, based in Löddeköpinge, Sweden. An important aspect of this transaction was the integration of the founders Lars Ingesson and Patrik Gustavsson into the SKYLOTEC team. Their continued involvement will ensure valuable expertise and know-how that is essential for the further development of products and services. 

The additional product portfolio under the SKYLOTEC brand will be continued under the product category “SET-Breaching” and will be recognizable worldwide for the highly specialized target group. With this step and to ensure general delivery capability, SKYLOTEC Nordic AB will build a new logistics center and further adapt the efficiency and capacity of the company to growing customer demand.
