The SEKURANT® POINT 9, made of stainless steel and designed specifically for steel trapezoidal profiles (tmin= 0.88 mm, profile height: 85–160 mm), has been tested and certified in accordance with EN 795: 2012, Type A, and CEN/TS 16415: 2013, Type A, and has a general building authority approval (abZ) from the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt). It serves as a single anchor point for fall arrest systems as well as a substructure (intermediate support) for rope systems. The pre-assembled, bolted support is delivered ready for installation with 16 stainless steel self-tapping screws, allowing for extremely quick installation from above. This lightweight, easy-to-handle single anchor point is available in heights ranging from 300 to 600 mm and is therefore suitable for insulation thicknesses of 100 to 400 mm.
