This ensures that our products continue to meet the highest safety standards at all times and that you remain reliably protected.

If you would like to return an item, this is possible without any issue as long as the product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. ​ If a product is defective or does not meet the expected quality, we will support you with a straightforward clarification process. ​ ​

Important information​

  • Please note that used or individually customised products are excluded from exchange for safety and hygiene reasons. ​
  • This applies in particular to personal protective equipment such as harnesses or helmets. ​
  • To ensure that you receive the right product, we recommend contacting our customer service before use if you are unsure – we will support you in selecting the right product and finding a suitable solution together.​ ​

2. Complete and enclose the form​
Please use the appropriate form, complete it in full and enclose it with your shipment. Unannounced returns without a form cannot be processed.​ ​
