Customer-Specific Pricing
As an existing SKYLOTEC customer, you also benefit from your individually negotiated pricing conditions in our online shop. Once your user account has been linked to your existing customer account, your personal prices and agreed discounts will automatically be displayed on every product detail page. This allows you to see your applicable conditions at any time and place orders online directly at your individual purchasing prices.
How it works:
- Register once
Create your user account at http://www.skylotec.com/eu_en/account/login - Link your customer account
After registration, we will link your user account to your existing customer account in the SKYLOTEC system. This is usually completed within one business day. - Use your personal pricing conditions
Once the account linking has been completed successfully, your individual prices and discounts will automatically be displayed in the online shop. You can find them directly on the product detail pages and throughout the entire ordering process.
Individual Price List Downloads
In the Price List section, you can download two Excel files: the current SKYLOTEC price list and a personalized price overview containing all products available for online ordering. This overview includes the list price, your individual discount, and your personal purchase price for each item.
The personalized price overview is particularly useful for internal calculations or for importing pricing data into your ERP or inventory management system. This helps ensure that your current pricing conditions are always available and up to date within your internal systems.
How it works:

Log in to your customer account
Sign in to the online shop using your user account. -
Open the “Price List” section
Navigate to the Price List menu item within your customer account. -
Download your price lists
Download either the current SKYLOTEC price list or your personalized price list as an Excel file.
Quick Order by Item Number
Do you already have items in your shopping cart and want to add more products? With the Quick Order by Item Number feature, you can expand your order quickly and easily.
How it works:

Enter the item number
Enter the desired item number directly into the input field in your shopping cart. -
Confirm the entry
Confirm your entry by pressing the Enter key or clicking the checkmark icon. -
Item is added automatically
The item will be automatically added to your shopping cart. -
Adjust quantity and complete your order
If required, adjust the quantity and complete your order as usual.
Bulk Ordering via CSV Import
Do you already know the item numbers you need and want to place a larger order quickly and efficiently? With the bulk ordering feature, you can import multiple products and quantities into your shopping cart in a single step. This saves time and streamlines your procurement process.
In the video, we show you how to use the CSV import function step by step. Please note that only CSV files can be processed. Excel files (.xlsx) are not supported.
How it works:

Log in to your customer account
Sign in to the online shop using your user account. -
Open Quick Order
Navigate to "My Account" and select "Quick Order". -
Download the CSV template
Click "Upload Data" and download the provided sample CSV file. -
Complete the file
Enter the required item numbers and quantities into the CSV file. Each item should be entered on a separate line. -
Verify the file format
Ensure that the file is saved in CSV format (.csv). Excel files cannot be imported. -
Upload the file
Drag and drop the completed CSV file into the upload area or select it using the file browser. -
Review your cart and place your order
After the import has been processed, verify the imported items and quantities. Then proceed to checkout by clicking "Checkout".
Shopping Lists
Save frequently ordered products to a shopping list and access them at any time without having to search for them again. Shopping lists help make your procurement process faster, easier, and more efficient.
How it works:

Add products to a shopping list
Select the desired product and save it directly to a shopping list from the product detail page. -
Organize your shopping lists
Create as many shopping lists as needed, for example by project, worksite, or team. -
Manage and use your lists
Access your shopping lists at any time via "My Account". Edit your lists whenever required and add selected items to your shopping cart with just a few clicks.
Order History
Keep track of all your previous orders in one central location. The order history provides quick access to past purchases, making it easy to review order details and reorder products whenever needed.
How it works:

Log in to your customer account
Sign in to the online shop using your user account. -
Open your order history
Navigate to the Orders section within your account. -
Review previous orders
View all completed orders, including order details, quantities, and order dates. -
Reorder products quickly
Add items from previous orders directly to your shopping cart and place a new order in just a few clicks.
